99 CRV Passenger side water leak

Icon2 99 CRV Passenger side water leak

I have a 99 crv with passenger side water leak about pulling my hair out trying to find it pulled cowl sealed that all up as per several post on here made sure drains in fender and a/c were clear anyone have any other thoughts Thanks

check your windshield seals. i had to remove the passenger rain gutter on the roof to find the leak on the corner of the windshield.

google 99 crv passenger leak cowling.... then click on images.. kinda hard to explain but youll see how to fix it...after you search it.. i covered the square vent with a sheet of aluminum i didnt seal the vent..

I have had the windshield replaced and did all the cowl repairs still have it

if still leaks you need to make some type of cover for the vent...that way the water wont get into the opening...but do not seal it

Leave the vents on recirculate when you park it or during heavy rain and you wont have a problem, I pulled mine apart and was going to make a cover but after testing I only had an issue when the fresh air vent was open.

if you leave it closed, water would still get in the vents...
