Default whats the easiest way to remove this pin.

I tried 4 hours today. With wd-40 and a vice grip. Tried hammering it out with a flathead. It wiggles but wont come out.

That is called a woodruff key, looks to me like it needs to come straight out.

Yeah I tried 4 hours trying tonpull it straight out and nothing. Ill see if I can get some help tomorrow if jot I will try to gently heat it up. But after that im out of ideas.

Remove the timing belt and the pulley. It will fall right out after that

+2 on that one. Take the gear off and it will come out much easier.
