O2 sensor acting up
I had some exhaust work done to get some resonators welded up on my B-Pipe. After taking the car I noticed a little hesitation at part throttle but then it went away after driving for a few minutes. A few hours later when I started the car up I got a check engine light. When I pulled the code it said P0132. Thinking it was just a bad primary O2 Sensor I changed it out with a new NTK branded part and cleared the code. Unfortunately the light comes back a few minutes after start up again. When I plugged in my OBDII reader it shows the Primary O2 Sensor voltage at a consistent 1.25v and it doesnt fluctuate.
Is this a sign of faulty wiring or has my ECU taken a dump on me?

was the welding done on the car? If they did that and didn't disconnect the battery cables, I guess it's possible the welder could have induced some current through the whole grounding system on the car.
also check the wiring to the O2. maybe it melted in this whole process and is causing signal or ground problems.

Turns out it was a bad aftermarket sensor. Dealer put in an OEM replacement and all is well. Stealership prices but if I knew it was as easy as that I would have done it myself
