thanks guys. i'm using a very old very crude miller 330bp for stainless but it can't really do ac for whatever reason so on aluminum i'm currently using a miller econotig, we're looking into a dynasty soon for the shop.

here's a top mount manifold for an evo i made last week..

there is a very large gap in one of the runners if you look closely (to the flange) the manifold is done now and it's not like that just so people dont think i kept it like that.

are you the same schwannman from club rsx with the white rsx? i think i sold a plm race header to you.

Looks like a DA sander and 320 grit sandpaper, maybe 220

Looks like 180 grit finish that you buy the sheet in.

i am actually not, i moved to colorado springs.
