D16 uses 2 fuel rail studs, the bottom part that goes into the intake manifold is larger than the top threads that secure to the actual fuel rail.

Does anyone know the size of the bottom threads?

I'll look to get a metric tap/die set

 

beleive the same as any other 10mm bolt should be able to match up the thread at the hardware store
