i bought honda cr-v with factory navigation year -97

the problem is that i don't know what software to install where to get maps from ... and another thing .. when i turn it on it just show me a message "please put installation dvd ..." no icons , nothing
the radio works , cds works ... but nothing else except this message and music

 

I assume you are in the UK?

Go to your local Honda Dealer, this will happen every time the battery is disconnected

 

actually i am from Bulgaria ... never been to UK
so if anybody knows how to solve this problem ... thank you

 

Hard to tell when you dont put a location

Take it to your local Honda dealer, if they sold them new/service them then they can help you
