Default ITR clutch / biting point - issues?

Hi,

I'm posting this here, to see if you guys over the pond can help! I cant find much feedback in the UK for this.

I've put a low mileage motor and gearbox in my DC2-R a couple of years ago, with a brand new Honda clutch while it was out, and brand new Honda engine mounts all round.

Car has performed faultlessly for 2 years, and its done 12,000-13,000 miles since the motor and box were swapped in.

Last few weeks I've noticed that when driving the car at low speed/from standstill, its behaving strangely. When I pull the clutch to the biting point, there is a rattling/grinding/knocking noise, and I can feel the same feedback/knocking through the gear lever / gear ****.

I don't feel anything through the pedal, its only felt through the gear lever. It doesn't do this from cold, its only after the car is hot.

Does any one have any ideas, or has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks!
Gary
