93 Del Sol s won't start.
So I've been driving this Honda for about a month after some work on the engine. Yesterday I go to start it and lights on the dash came on but when I went to crank it all shut off, I tried to crank again and nothing came on. So I thought I maybe left a light on so I go to jump it, so it cranks over and starts. I left it hooked up for about a minute then removed the cables and let the engine run for a few more minutes to get the charge back into the battery... Or so I thought. I go to turn it off and try to turn in back on and same deal, no lights no noise no crank. Today after work I go to jump start it again to see if maybe I just needed to drive it around the block for the battery to get a good charge and I hook everything up let them sit for a minute, running Mazda3 up to 2k rpm, I crank and nothing, no lights no noise no crank, tried twice.... So in conclusion I'm thinking it might be ignition switch? Let me know what you guys think.
Yeah it should jump start, and you successfully jumped it "so I go to jump it, so it cranks over and starts" the second time around you may have had a bad connection to ground. My bet is on the battery
