Default 87 civic hatch a/c problem?

I found a literal puddle on the back floor passengers side of the car today. The front is slightly wet on the passengers side also. The best I can guess is its leaking up front and pooling in the back. I looked underneath and cant find any cracks or unnatural holes. So Im guessing its the a/c.

Do you have a sunroof? If so I'd check that first. Otherwise, if your A/C is low on freon then your evaporator (behind passenger side dash) will get too cold, which will freeze condensation onto it and become a big block of ice, which will make your A/C seem like it isn't cooling (much), and if the evap drain hose into the engine compartment is plugged will melt water into the passenger footwell. Also, rust holes under the windshield wiper/ventilation air intake tray can leak water into the footwell. Try those and let us know what you find.

I had something like this happen to me.

Turned out to be the hose that comes down from the sunroof. Where #5 connects.

But it could also be the heater core needing replacement if you dont have a sunroof

Found where water is coming in my car.
I do have a sunroof but its not coming from there.
I know its not the sun roof cause I was only running water on the windshield.
It getting in from a drain hole up by the wind shield. Im guess ing its clogged.

Somehow it gets in here.

Well, I was badly mistaken. It was leaking from my windshield, but yeah silicone in between the glass and plastic guard.
That stoped the water from leaking down into my car. I still hear water splash around though. Cant wait for it to rust out....
