Default Proper oil pressure- built/sleeved B18CR?

Hi fellas, just recently started the motor in my brothers hatch that I completely built and I noticed that when its cold I have 75-80psi oil pressure (autometer mech gauge) but when good and hot it drops to 15-20psi at idle and peaks around 60psi when revved, is this normal in a new B18C? I used a new OEM type R oil pump, bearings are all ACL clearanced at .0018-.002 Oil is new 5w30 break-in oil.

I thought the VTEC motors carried lots of oil pressure all the time?
