I use a jdm sport cast mani and it works great for cheap it was $75 new.

When you look at cast mani quality they are all thick cast which is good for reliability.

The things that really matter are wsstegate placement and ensuing the casting is clean and the inside of the mani is not full of casting flaws and slag.

The jdm sport has a good center collector wastegate location and the casting job is nice and smooth.

There are many things that you cant go cheap on with boost but this $75 manifold as well as my $250 ebay intercooler/charge pipes has done well for me on my current car and previous cars but those are the only cheap parts I will say I have had luck with.
