Default ep3: did my motor mount cause this? oil

just got the car. saw oil everywhere on this side. when driving, suspension making lots of noise. checked axles and tires, it seem fine. is it the motor mount causing all the problems or all the oil coming from somewhere else?

That mount is filled with oil of some sort. If its torn its very possible it's being splashed everywhere.

there's really nowhere else in that general area for oil to be leaking from. now that i'm on my computer and can see your pics better, that mount is definitely busted.

Ok. I'll order a new mount. See if that fix all the noise issue. Pain in the butt to clean the oil in that area since it's so small area to work in.
