I'm fixing up a 2001 honda accord coupe ex. it has a vtec h22a1 and an automatic transmission. I'm having transmission problems. D4 is constantly flashing and it makes heavy clunk shifting from park. The codes are P1298, P01753 P0141 P0135. two of the codes are o2 sensors are bad. its very sluggish wont rev over 3000 rpm

 

P0135 Front HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 1)
P0141 Secondary HO2S Heater Circuit Fault (Sensor 2)
P1298 Electrical Load Detector Circuit High Input
P01753 Lockup solenoid.

It's sluggish because it is in limp mode, the one transmission code will not affect operation until higher speeds past 3rd gear.

Check all your wiring, it could simply be a bad ground or fault with the ELD, if there was any work recently done, replaced alt?, then something may have not been plugged back, missed or damaged.

What was the last thing done to the car prior to these codes?

 

Its had a oil change. Spark plugs changed. New oil filter. New air filter.I service this car regularly for a lady. Its got 160k miles on it.

 

Fixed the problem. I replaced shift solenoid and did a drive cycle and reset ECU.
