Default Were to buy coolant nipple

Hi, I am trying to modify the coolant fill neck on my 93 rx7. I cannot find a nipple for were the coolant overflow will be.
Can I buy and press one in, or should I get one machined from aluminum and weld it on?

Heres a picture of what I want, and what I have.

Shouldn't be. Open the hole up as needed and put a 1/8 NPT thread in there then just screw in your fitting of choice.

Thanks guys, now that I think of it I guess it doesn't matter how big the hole is.

But when I thread in the nipple it looks like the pressure cap might hit it, should I thread it in, then grind down anything that protrudes inside?

there are 1/16 NPT fittings. or you can get something machined and pressed in. There is no pressure on that fitting

put the cap on, find your placement, open the hole, tap it, screw it in, and for some added security, put a bead around it...20 minute job, MAX
