anyways what should i do to keep this car running fine, and perfect even if the last owner was kinda a **** owner

lol i feel you man mine is the same. From far it loos really clean but the closer you get the uglier it gets lol JUst got it a couple weeks ago though so its a work in progress
Check your suspension, jack it up and see if anythink is loose or broke that can be making that noise
