Leaving the gym today my car kinda stumbled then died and wouldn't start after that. Just turns over. I can hear the fuel pump fire up when I turn the key to the on position. I pulled the oil cap and had someone turn the car over and the cam is still spinning so it makes me thinking the timing belt is still good an in time. I wasn't able to test to see if it was getting spark though unfortunately.
I'm towing the car home tomorrow to tear it apart. I'm kinda leaning toward a spark problem. Had an old civic die before on me in a similar fashion and I replaced the distributor and it fixed the problem.
Pending if there is no spark what can I check next to narrow it down?
Pending it does have spark what should I check?
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. No check engine lights. Great link you posted. Thank you. I will use that when I go to look at it tonight.

From the best of my memory it does come on when you first start the car and go away after a second like it's suppose to.
