Ultra Racing only makes them in 16mm or 19mm. Whiteline used to make them in 20mm, but they're almost impossible to find now days. I just happened to get lucky and find a guy who had 2 new ones still in the box about a year ago. I've used the Addco one. Don't do it!!! It's a POS. Nothing fits right about it. The Whiteline fit perfect in every way and seems a lot stiffer than the Addco did. I don't know anything about the fit of the Ultra Racing ones though. Personally, I'm curious about trying to make an ASR 24mm for the DC/EK work.

I'm running the ADDCO sway bar and so are my other buddies...the only issue we've had was having to run the stock bushing mounts and either drilling out our old bushings or getting RSX bushings. No real trouble other than that.

Stock is 13mm I think. I went for the 19mm one, had it on both OEM suspension and Bilstein with Lift Springs.(I also have Cusco front and rear Strut Braces)

On OEM it made a huge difference, car handled much much better. Hard to say what difference with the lift, would have to reinstall the old sway bar to see how that goes.

From my experiance with the 19mm Ultra Racing sway bar with OEM suspension I would say it is a "must have" mod for any CR-V owner that wants their V to handle better.
