Default Dash lights not working.

When I turn on the headlights, the illumination lights on the dash don't come on.
The battery light and EML still come on as normal. The car runs fine.

I've checked all the fuses in the cockpit, and they're all fine.

Any ideas?

Check the dimmer first. Or your bulbs are burnt out.

The bulbs were all working yesterday.

I don't have a dimmer.

No dimmer rotating switch on the side of the dash? That's odd.

Well there's your problem - you went messing with electrical systems you obviously don't understand.

The op is a legit question. Poorly phrased though.

I don't have a dash, but I do have clocks.
The clocks work perfectly, but the illumination lights that usually come on when you turn on the headlights aren't coming on.
It makes night driving a pain...can't see how fast I'm going.

You're stating the OBVIOUS.

If I knew everything about electrics, would I be asking questions on this forum?
OBVIOUSLY not!

Do you have a solution to the clock lights problem I have, or would you just like to point out the OBVIOUS?

I have a Citroen Ax.

I have fitted a B16a2 engine to it.
Did a full loom conversion from a Del Sol.

Haha...what year Del Sol wire harnesses? Did you also use the Del Sol fuse boxes?

I was refitting a speedo converter to the back of the clocks, and when I finished, the lights don't come on. Haha

You didn't answer the questions. And you probably blew a fuse.

It's a 1993 del sol loom.
It's a Japanese import too.
I kept both of the fuse boxes, yes.

I'm not trying to be rude and ignore your questions.

I double posted and you replied before I could post my second post.

Yes. I did a full loom conversion.
The only electrics in the car are from the del sol.

Fuse 19 along with all the other fuses are fine.

Found another few problems.
The cooling fan isn't engaging (I tested it and it does work)

The rear fog light isn't working (and the light on the switch isn't wotking either)
Could this all be related?
