Need a professional!! D16z6 map sensor problem.
I have a 93 civic hatch dx automatic. I had the Honda idle so I decide to clean the iacv. I cleaned it and put it back on and it cleared the idle problem but now I am throwing a check engine code 5 for map sensor. I have replaced the throttle body gasket, intake manifold gasket. Problem is still there. The symptoms are this:
First start up it revs smooth at 1100rpm and will stay at that rpm and drive fine.
But if it I shut it off and turn it right back on it bogs at 150-200rpm ad sounds like the car isn't getting any air too it.
The map sensor has checked out good I swapped it with a buddies
Ecu checks out good I swapped it with a friends.
The map sensor if I unplug the sensor doesnt adfect the way it runs.
Also the vacumn hose that goes to the evap canister to the map sensor does not have any pressure in or out. O
I really need help figuring this out with a good sensor, gaskets and Ecu I have no idea what is wrong.
