95 Honda del sol trouble with exhaust bolts

Hey guys this is an embarrassing post, but I cannot seem to take off my stock muffler. The 12mm bolts from the connecting pipe. Does anyone have a brilliant way of taking it off?

are they stuck,rusted or stripped ? i trust you're using vise grips on one end to stop the nut/bolt from turning with it's self

It's pretty much stuck, but not stripped. Do you think I should soak it with wd-40 for a a few minutes? Yes I am using a vise grip.

Ya WD-40 or pb blaster maybe hit it with a hammer if that doesn't work use a blow tourch. but don't strip it or you'll have a much harder time.

First off what are you trying to remove the nut or the bolt. The nuts (towards the front of the vehicle) are welded on. You remove the muffler by removing the bolts from the rear of the flange
