my 91 dx hatch is running rough. it throws code 16( fuel injector). i have changed out the injectors, changed out the ecu. it runs rough, spits sputters, no smoke, and after i drive it for a little while(10 min.) and cut it off, it has a hard time starting back up, it just turns over.

 

The code 16 is the result of a break in the electrical circuit for the injectors. Basically, ignition switch-main relay-injector resistors-injector coils-ECU, plus all the wires between them. I would check out the main relay first.
