Icon2 Need Help Slamming

Alright guys, this may have been asked before but no where I can find and I would like to have an up to date answer that applies to my car. I have an 03 Civic LX and I just bought new rims and tires. I got 16" Maxxim (by Konig) Ahead's. Someone told us to get a 205/55/R16, which is way too beefy for my liking. So unforntunatly they need to be pulled off and get a different size. I would like to get Falkens but I need major help on the sizing. What would you guys recommend? 205/xx/16? NOW THE BIG QUESTION! I am either getting Tein or Skunk2 full coilovers to lower it. Which brand? And if I am lowering it, can someone please tell me what alignment kit I need? I do not want any negative camber once its lowered. I have seen a couple different things and I am beyond confused. Any input would be appreciated.

Well, those tires were oversized to start with. 205/50/16's would be the correct size for your car.

As for suspension, see this thread: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-2001-2005-78/01-05-civic-suspension-q-coilovers-springs-bars-etc-2531769/

Yeah a guy from NTB told us 55's because it would fill it out more. He was't aware I was going lower. Plus, I wasn't really sure what I was doing at that time. Thank you! If I am going to lower it would a 45 or 50 be better? I do not want too small but not big either.

Too small would be the 45-series tires, as your car dictates what tire size you should run (more so then the tire size appearance you prefer). Its a safety thing.

Incorrect. 205/50/16's are properly sized for the chassis. 205/45/16's are undersized.
