I bought a 97 Honda Accord. Lady thought the engine mount was broken. It was actually the bracket in the engine itself that was broken. A huge chunk off the engine. My mechanic drilled into it to reattach it and it now leaks mass oil. I think he drilled too far. Does this mean I'll need a new engine?

Picture of the side? You can't see where it's leaking from without removing the timing belt assembly.

 

Maybe you can slather RTV on the threads of the bolt that go into the drilled hole and it will seal well enough that you dont have to replace the engine.
