whats up guys so i just noticed this last night and its really bugging the crapt outta me, so i noticed when i brake the secondary brake lights dont illuminate, any help would be gratefull at first i thought both bulbs we bad but when i turn my light switch on everything lights up but even the primary's brake lights its when i press the brake nothing happen i checked for ripped wires and fuses but all looks good my last guess is the brake switch above the pedal any help?

 

I would assume the brake switch as well. Not very expensive if I am correct. You should be able to get it at any automotive store.

 

did you check the bulbs? they are a dual filament. brake filament can be bad. as the running light is good. fuse?

 

Filliments were both intact they are dual filliment and yea I'm gonna have to do that then when I get paid any idea on why the switch would go bad? Obvious answer is its old lol but anything that could really cause it

 

bad connectors? check for loose connectors, corrosions, bent/broken terminals. check if its getting voltage with a multimeter.

 

ima check tommorow hopefully its just the switch
