Went to the junk yard the other day
Nothing off the red one, there wasn't much left. I was looking to the egs. When I did my swap I got a bunch of power steering stuff of the blue one. The front end was chopped off so everything was right there. Crossmember, rack, etc. Just needed some lines and the res.
The white one came a couple days later and my friend took that picture.
This is not what it's like all the time. This is what I found after many many hours. For the most part everything gets picked extremely fast. I lucked out.

Hey, what salvage yard is that? Your car looked great at the show.
Let me know when you want to meet up and I'll give you the heat shield to your manifold.

That's morgan highway. Like I said that was IT in the whole place. I just found the pics on a disk I had so I thought I would start a thread.
I'll be back up in NEPA next weekend (nov. 1st, 2nd, 3rd), so anytime is good for me. I'll let you know. And I still have the steering parts.

No kidding. I saw it when it came in. The guy jerked me around and said it was sold already. Then my buddy goes up a week later and there it sits, stripped. OOoh, I was mad.

You think that's good? Down here by the border, there are junkyards that are strictly Honda/Acura. Theres usually tons of aftermarket parts too, since ricers are the ones that keep totalling their cars.
That was Morgan Highway Autoparts. Over the WHOLE yard that was it. Not the best place, but I got what I needed.
I wish we had Honda/Acura only yards. I usually wreck my car every 6 months for some reason.

Head south. There are junkyards dedicated to Honda and Acuras down in Chula Vista.
So much crap it's insane. Thing that sucks it that most of them are smart, so they know exactly what they have. No such thing as getting a deal down there...unless you can haggle

I live relatively close to Harry's and it's usually hit or miss when you need stuff. For example the week after my car was stolen and stripped I found a white hatch with almost intaked except for a minor side swipe....I maneged to get all the inerior items that were stolen along with the bumpers, and suspension...not to mention all the little tiny things like bolts and anyhting else you can use off a honda. Then I went to get a bumper support for my friends honda, and I don't think they had one honda there that day. So sometimes its great and sometimes its not, but if you do get parts their always cheap!! After strippiong the hatchback of all interior and usable exterior parts I managed to only spend 100 dollars
Yeah, I guess Harry's is hit or miss. A lot of my friends go there for jeep parts, which I guess they have a decent supply of. And like Carp said, it's dirt cheap if you find something.
