Hey man, ask a stupid question...lol we're just playing around. Well, grumblemarc isn't, he's constantly angry. But your question is like me saying "hey, I did a custom 'piston delete', now my car won't start. What gives?" LMAO
The fast idle thermo valve literally controls the speed at which your car idles when its cold. So if you take it off...well. You can see where I'm going with this.

Or:
Muffler delete ... now my car is loud.
Power steering delete ... now my car is hard to turn.
A/C delete ... now it's too hot in the cabin.
Fuel tank delete ... now my car won't start.
Window delete ... now it's windy when I drive.
Brake pad delete ... now my car won't stooooo... [drives off cliff]

. OP you do relise what the purpose of the FITV is....right theres no problem deleting it(but why). if it's cold out you'll have a rough idle upon start up i would have just left it
