Spoon calipers?
You can redrill some prelude rotors or some RSX front rotors and those should work just fine.
Which spoon calipers are they? Are they for an EK9?
If you have DX brakes currently they aren't going to be a bolt on part.

Ok now im getting a little worried?! I do have a dx and they are for EK9. Everyone ive spoken too have told me that it takes redrillled rotors and nothing else cause this was a bolt on mod?
only 2 types of spoon calipers. twin block and monoblock. twin block go on fwd cars. monoblock go on rwd. the info is out there, you just have to look a little harder. you arent the first person to put spoon calipers on your civic.
edit. ill spoon feed (pun unintended) you the info this time, but come on man, i found this info in 10 seconds on google.

yes it can be done.
you need
- 2 x spoon calipers
- 2 x 282mm rotors in 4x100
- modify the knuckles or do it like Spoon (running a spacer between the hub and rotor to offset the discs and calipers)
- 15" rims will clear with a min offset of +42 (not all wheels but generally) or you will have to run spacers

In France, we use "MG ZR 160ch" brake discs when we put DC2 or EK9 brake calipers on a Civic.
Because MG ZR 160ch had 282mm front discs and 4x100 holes for hub.
Theau are bolt on for 282mm brake upgrade on Civic
