Okay so I swapped out my dash(whole dash) worked backwards and thought I put everything back how I took it a part.

Problem: My heater works, AC works but it comes out everywhere no matter where I put the tab. If I tap defrost it the air doesn't come out of the defrost or it still comes out everywhere. If I put it on floor only, it still comes out everywhere, etc...

What did I f up?

 

I think your first step should be determining wether or not youve got a mechanical or electrical issue. Ie: are the mode doors jammed? Or is the problem with the mode selector.
When you try to selecting a mode can you hear the door in the dash trying to change position? If so it may be jammed. If not the. It may not be recieving signal from the mode selector

 

Make sure the cable and selector mechanism isn't jammed (under the A/C control unit).
