Default 93 del sol fog lights?

Hello forum,

I am new to this forum and the honda scene in general. I have not yet done an intro but I will once I get pics of my car. Anyways this might seem like a dumb question but well here I go.
Are the smaller round lights on the front of a del sol driving lights or fog lights? The reason why ask is mine dont turn on. I checked all the fuses by the pedals inside the car but they are all fine. Then I checked the fuses under the hood and only one 20amp fuse was popped but it didnt have a label so I just replaced it in hopes to get the lights t work but nothing. I have some aftermarket lights and oem lights but none work... any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Yes, they are "fog" lights. They're more decorative than functional though - mounted too high to function as proper fog lights.

Yea I knew they would be. Thats why I wanted to put in some yellow light so they wouldnt shine in ppls mirrors and still look decent. But I cant get them to turn on?

You could have a break in your grounds, or the switch could be bad, or the relay could be bad. Do you have (or have access to) a multimeter?

You would need a multimeter. You can buy one for fairly cheap at Sears, or your choice of auto parts stores. Get an actual multimeter - a test light is not good enough.

I think my answer is going to be dumber..... but what switch? Ive never had fog lights before. The headlight and driving light lever? or do you mean the push switch on top of the gauges? Damn I feel real noobish asking these questions

Yeah...the fog light button is ontop of the gauge cluster/dash.

The switch is labeled AUX not fog and yes the low beams must be on for them to function. When you go to high beams they turn off as well.
