2007 (gen 3) CR-V head gasket replacement
Hello everyone,
My wife's CR-V threw some misfire codes this weekend (P0303, P0304, and P0300). The head gasket is definitely blown:

Her water pump blew out its bearings last summer (on the highway) and the vehicle overheated before she knew it. I was hoping none of the gaskets got fried in that event....but I always say you can hope in one hand and **** in the other; see which one fills up faster.
So, I'm going to change out the head gasket for her. I also need to update/fix her washer bottle and pump that's been broken for a while, and adjust the valves (109k miles currently). I'm also thinking of putting ARP studs in it.
I'm waiting on the manual to see what parts (#s and such) I'm going to need to replace it. I did a bit of searching around the interwebs, but couldn't find anything on the procedure with pictures....suppose this will be that post for others.
If anyone has a link to others that have documented the procedure, I'd be grateful for the details.
Updates to follow....

I think it runs a K24 engine right? You might be better off searching google for a K24 or K20 headgasket change. There's prolly at least one writeup on the engine as far as the car a CRV isn't one people typically have enthusiast forums and what not for "especially the newest girl model as I would call it"
I think folks swap Heads on different K series motors so possibly look for a writeup on that. If all else fails spend the money and get a helms manual (manual stealerships use)
Oh yeah, they aren't cheap

I'm just gonna go ahead and say the head is likely shot. When k-series get overheated badly the head will warp on the headgasket side and where the cam journals bolt to on the opposite side. Be careful with the repair and get a straight edge.
