Default 98 Honda Civic DX Hatch Shell 55,000 original miles

I could have never built it to my liking without being so paranoid of it getting stolen. I don't think that I would have truly enjoyed it if I built it the way I planned when I purchased the car.

I've grown up and realized that I have no use for multiple none running cars lol.

I've dealt with rust and midwest hondas for many years, when I picked up this car in 08 I purchased it from the 2nd owner who had purchased it from the original owner who lived in California. The car was brought to Illinois from California and has never seen snow or salt since arriving.

The shell has around 55,000 miles on it... Yes I will post a carfax soon to prove this.

Car was originally Red and went through a complete inside out paintjob. The color used was Hondas factory tengo red pearl. It has a crazy amount of clear on the car and I have been complimented by anybody who has seen the vehicles paint. The engine bay is beautiful. The paint has tons of gloss and has not even been wet sanded or buffed.

Car currently has the following exterior parts intact.

96-98 new ctr head lights
96-98 rep ctr grille
96-98 bys front bumper new paint matched
ctr fenders with side markers
jdm thin side moldings
CTR wing paint matched
knock off spoon mirrors paint matched
new oem rear bumper paint matched
new oem hood paint matched
ALLL new oem roof moldings, all passenger and driver side window moldings new windshield with all oem weather stripping, door handles, new wiper cowl tons of oem grommets for the engine bay.

The exterior has some slight flaws. I'm very meticulous and am sure to include all details of everything.

The rear bumper on the driver side has a deep rub/gouge mark that will be pictured. I had the rear bumper in a storage where someone decided to just toss it around on the cement floor. There are scratches and what not that will be pictured.

the driver side front fende and the rear needs to be aligned, its not off that bad at all just being honest.

The gas door was resprayed but its very hard to tell I'm having them do 2 others to see if I can get a perfect match but IMO its near impossible to tell lol

I'm missing 2 pieces of the jdm side moldings, I can work something out with the buyer there I'm in the process of getting them.

It is also missing a piece of the replica grille.

No dents, No rust at all and never was, Super clean underbody

Engine Bay

1in master cylinder installed
pwr steering rack looped
eg subframe that was painted looks clean
new oem grommets

beautiful bay the studs holdings the prob valve have been shaved along with the other excess studs but nothing else was shaved.

Flaws with the engine bay.

1 bolt hole on each of the head light mounting holes has no nut for a bolt to thread into. nothing a bolt and nut cannot fix, just being honest. I wish I would have noticed before it was sprayed but I'm **** when it comes to stuff like that.

Suspension/Brakes

civic ex full brake conversion
koni yellows w/ H&R sport springs
Hardrace outer tie rods
Hardrace inner tie rods
Hardrace RCA
Hardrace compliance bushings
Energy bushing F/R control arm bushing
Energy bushing trailing arm bushing
ARP extended wheel studs all around
Hawk + front pads
Brembo blank front rotors

CAR WILL BE ON MISMATCHED RANDOM 14 INCH STEELIES

The brake suspension set up was removed from an eg I purchased and everything is in good working condition.

Interior

This will need the most work lol....

The vehicle has the original dash which is very clean.

The entire dash bar and every piece of metal under the dash was powder coated gloss black. The pedal assembly as well.

No carpet... I planned on not using carpet, The interior has chip board sprayed on the floor before the paint was sprayed to give it a more durable textured look on the floor.

No seats

I have the door panels and misc interior plastics for the car that will be included. I have a very clean cupholder/center console set up with a jdm shift boot that will be included.

The complete dash harness is brand new (98dx) that was spliced into a new hybrid racing 96-98 conversion harness. The wiring was done by chase and is a very clean harness.

The car is definitely a project and will need some work/time. It is perfect for someone looking for a clean platform with no rust body damage.

I have a 2 options of buying the car

With the CTR head lights and Converison harness $4,000

Without $3500

you do the math... paint, bumper, moldings alone equal that...

16304085933

please don't message me asking if it runs lol

CLEAN TITLE IN HAND

Pictures getting put up

NO TRADES NO TRADES NO TRADES

NO DREAMERS FLAKERS LOWBALLERS

NOTE IN PICTURES GAS DOOR, SIDE MARKERS, CTR WING, SPOON REP MIRRORS, AND WINDSHIELD ARE NOT INSTALLED/PICTURED. Newer pics with everything installed will be uploaded tomorrow when I can get a chance to run to my storage. These were pics I snapped before I took it to storage and got the windshield installed.

A free professional wet sand and buff is avilable for any local buyers. It would definitely shine more with a nice wet sand and buff but overall the paint shines as is.

Thanks for the bumps guys

Thanks for the bumps and vouches guys I really appreciate it.

I'm going to have good pictures of the car more together by Friday. I will get everything out of the interior and show everything that's included.

It's also looking like I might sell the head lights and conversion harness separate.

I have a set of new depo head lights that will be included with the car. I'm thinking.

$3,000 pretty damn firm for the car without the conv harness and headlights but it will have new depo oem style lights.

Also I have the 2 side molding pieces that were missing en route so the exterior is going to look real nice once all together.

3k firm with depo head lights and no conversion harness.

Will include a BNIB set of JDM thin side moldings so the exterior of the vehicle will be complete and clean. Pics of it all together this weekend. With good shots of the interior cleaned out and what's all included
