Default 94-95 bumper on 97?

I read a bunch of stuff about it, but will it mount up directly? Would I have to change the whole support? How do I even get my headlights out to take the bumper off, please advise?

You have to remove the upper signal lights, grille, and bumper clips. Then there are two signal light connectors on the bumper. You can also just remove the splash guard, remove the four bolts off of the bumper mounts (lower bolts, there are four on each side) and pull the entire bumper assembly. Once again not forgetting about the signal lights on the bumper. People commonly put 96-97 bumpers on 94-95 Accords so I wouldn't see any reason why it wouldn't fit. But this question could have been easily solved on Google. Welcome to HT.

yeah, there is four bumper clips, two under each headlight, so first I would have to remove the headlights... the clips were missing in this video...

I'm perfectly aware, no you do not need to remove the headlights. Its actually impossible to remove the headlights without the bumper cover removed. Hence why I suggested you just unbolt the lower portion of the bumper mounts and pull the entire assembly. There is a hard bumper (impact bumper so to speak) and the bumper cover, removing the bumper via the mounts would remove both pieces as a whole.

This is how Honda efficiently assembled the vehicle at the plant, they were able to assemble the entire bumper as a whole and bolt it onto the car.
