09 Accord EXL Engine sound after cold start
Hi,
I am listening to the sound whenever i start my engine in the morning(mostly). The noise is at the end of the engine start. I have recorded the noise this as can find it from here..

Starter is hanging up. Meaning the plunger isn't retracting fast enough.
I would buy a new plunger set and replace it myself as a new OEM starter is like $400.
