Default anyone running H&R sport springs

Just wondering if anyone is using these and has pictures to give me kind of a clue as to how low they make your V sit.

not that much....
but they are good upgrades, progressive springs thatll make your daily commute and spirited driving
a good experience...
2-3" low than the stock height.... after it "seats" or settled over few hunderd miles...

I've got a set I'm going to put in once it warms up. Can the springs be changed with the bolt-style spring compressors or should I have a shop do it?

theyre smaller, you probably wont need spring compressors. Its not the safest way, but instead of taking out my bolt style spring compressors to remove the old springs i just cut them.

Well I plan to keep the stockers just in case but I've read that the bolt style won't even fit between the coils

probably not, theyre spun pretty close to each other. Ive also done the use an impact and hide around the corner technique. Again, pretty unsafe, but it works.

is this the BWR Set you are using?

http://www.bwrusa.com/product_p/ss-hd07.htm

What else did you have to upgrade to run that setup? Also, How's it ride?

I would also like to know how that goes, fitseries3. I am running on entirely stock suspension and the age and mileage is starting to catch up

camber kit is recommended in the rear. i was almost 4degrees off in the rear.

swap drop align and drive.

so you did not have to do any cutting or grinding with the BWRs? How does the drive feel? I've been eye-balling that set for a while now... Also, what size wheel/tire fits comfortably under there? I've got 17x8 Cragan Soft 8s but i have not gotten tires for them just yet..

why would you have to cut or grind something that was made for your car?

im running 18x8's with a 225 40 18 and no rub yet. rides great.

I have just hear so many stories so far of grinding this and cutting that when it comes to the V. I just wanted to be sure about it. Could you post up a photo of how its sitting now?

Thanks a bunch, pal!
