Default 92 DA no start no fuel no power to fuse 18

92 Teg ls. What would cause fuse 18 to get no power? New pump new main relay no fuel. Fuse 18 is getting no supply voltage.

Check ALL the fuses under the hood.

Fuse 18 -7.5A, [hot when cranking to start] in under dash fuse box gets it's power, [supply voltage] from the ign. switch, [black/white starter circuit lead].

My guess is the problem is the fuse box itself, output from fuse 18 supplies the ECU/ECM, and and the PGM-FI Main Relay, ["back-up" power to fuel pump relays coil during cranking].

However, check all plugs going to the under dash fuse box, unplug and check pins for corrosion, damaged or bent pins, reinstall plugs and test fuse 18 again, with ign. switch in start position.

How about the other two(2) powers to the PGM-FI Main Relay, do you have them..

Black/yellow, fuse 24 - 15A, [hot in run and start] in under dash fuse box.
Yellow/white, [fuse 38 - 10A, [hot at all times] in engine bay fuse box.

If both the above have power PGM-FI Main Relay should "click" at least one time, when ign. switch is turnd on, and you should have power to the fuel injectors, [lead that is the same color at all 4 injectors].

If so, use a jumper to supply a direct ground to the green/black lead/terminal of the PGM-FI Main Relay plug, [with the ign. switch on].

Does fuel pump turn on? 94
