Default Swap Power Folding mirrors (Civic EF)

Hi there;

does somebody knows if the power folding mirrors Civic Sedan 88-91 can be installed in a Hatchback 88-91?

They fit in the hatch?

I already use the search function but there's no info about swaping power folding mirrors

Best;

No, they will not fit. The sedan mirrors are more like an equilateral triangle and the hatch mirrors have a deeper angle. Ask me how I know...I tried to put them on my hatch. You may be able to rig something up or modify them but they are not a direct swap.

You probably want to rethink EVER putting them on your car even if you got them to fit.
The glass is swapped compared to LHD cars.
Also, the driver side does not crank out as far as LHD mirror does. Normal adjustment has you looking at the side of your car. Cranked all the way out is just barely good enough.

Couldn't find anything by searching? Biggest lie ever.
