Aeromotive FRP won't adjust

Aeromotive FRP won't adjust
I have a weldon 2015 and a aeromotive 13101 FRP. And the fuel pressure stays at 35psi. I removed the vaccum line to check for leaks and found none. I adjusted the screw both ways and the pressure remains at 35 psi.
