Default obd1 b16a swap into da integra having a problem

K so i finished swapping the obd1 b16a into my 90 integra. I will list what i have done and then list my problem. Let me start off by saying the motor, ecu, hydro trans, turbo setup all came out of my del sol and was running perfectly fine.

Mods-
Obd1 b16a swap
Itr cams
Arp head studs
Turbonetics 50trim
Raptor bov
Evolution wg
Emusa front mount
Peakboost ram horn
Rc440's
Walbro 255

Car is tuned on hondata using stock map sensor and stock fpr. That is how it was in the del sol with no issues. I used the hush performance hydro conversion. Used rywire obd0-obd1 ecu conversion, rywire vtec sub harness, rywire dizzy adapter.

Now with that all said. I am driving and i can not go past 4k-4500k. As soon as i hit around 4k it just cuts out, lose of all power. Car does NOT shut off tho. I let off the gas and step back on it and bring it back up to 4 grand and cuts back out again. It doesnt break up or spit and sputter it just cuts out instanly and i cant figure it out. Now the car was tuned on the stock map that was in the del sol. But i left that map in the del sol when i sold it and am now using the da integra stock map. I checked my plugs, wire, cap and rotor sll seem fine. The motor sat for about oh maybe a month before i got it into the da shell.nothing was changed on the motor setup or tune. But im lost here. The only thing that is different is i am nkw running a up pipe thru the hood and not a down pipe into a res and dumped out the bsck like it was on the del sol.

Any imput and advice would be much appreciated. Thanks to anyone who replies. And please keep the negative insults and comments to your self.

Sounds like rev limit is set at 4000 RPM... "As soon as i hit around 4k it just cuts out, lose of all power. Car does NOT shut off tho. I let off the gas and step back on it and bring it back up to 4 grand" . 94

Well it only when under a load. Me and a buddy took it for a drive last night. I can free rev it while driving and it will go all the way to redline. Im trying to get my mulimeter back from a friend so i can check the voltage at the tps.

I have a gauge hooked up on top of fuel filter in bay. It is the same setup as was in the del sol and the fp is the same.it seems to do it worse when the engine is warmed up or has been running. I just ran to the store with it. I let it idle for sbout 3min and started driving. And i built sbout 5psi of boost and went to about 5500rpm but then it cut out. A local guy told me to check my tps. Check the voltage at it. Im guns try that later

Wdll did some checking with the help of a local guy. And found out my tps is reading 5.01 volts at all times. Going to try and trace down why. Any suggestion on where to start?

I put on another known good sensor straight from another friends car that stopped over and it was reading the same. I am getting a new harness today cause the harness that came with this integra when i bought it was kinda hacked. So im guna try that and ill check back in tonight after i get it on.

Another thing that came to mind after doing some research is, i have a obd1 ecu and the car is tuned on hondata s300v2. Now when it was tunex it was in a del sol and although i still remain using the hydro trans with electronic vss, i am running the cable vss into my hydro trans. Now does the hondata have anything to do with the vss? As in im running a cable vss now and not the electronic vss so i dont think my ecu is reading any speed? Just a thought. Either way tho i am getting the new harness delivered tonight and should have it in later this evening and will see how that does. It is coming out kf a friend crashed da and is completely un cut. The harness i am using nkw was kind of hacked and i tried fixing it but i dont think i did, i beleive it has some either breaks or shorts or something in it because now sometimes my oil light will randomly flash, but i have a oil pressure gauge and oil temp gauge and my oil pressure is perfect so i duno.

Well i had a feeling the harness was the problem. Buddy drove almost 2hrs and delivered a known good harness and it works now. Build the 8 psi, vtec engages and goes sll the way to redline....thank god.

Thanks to all that helped and replied wwith suggestions
