for daily driving i got the front on full hard and the rear on 1 less full turn than hardest. its a little rough but not too hard. i dont drag race. if you put front and rear on the hardest, it will probably be too rough, my hatch makes alota noise. just play around with it, theyre really easy to adjust

for a drag setup, you will want the front soft and the rear stiff. this way you get less weight transfer off the drive wheels.

you need to find the right adjustment for you car by playing with it.

for most hondas, though, the front will be set softer than the rear so the car can rotate.

I'd be careful of that statement leaving it so open. There is a point you do not want the shocks to be too stiff on the rebound. In a slalom type situation or just over a series of nasty bumps it can cause your suspension to jack down to a point where you bottom out the suspension travel which could lead to your rear end to swing out uncontrollably fast.

okay guys hanks for the comment I figured it out mine didnt come with **** so I turned it counter clockwise and bounced on the rear and it didnt move then I turned all the way clockwise and it bounced so that means clockwise is soft and counter clockwise is stiff

well that is why i originally said you need to play with the suspension in order to find your right combination...
