I got no paper work for the block, Doesnt have vin number either.. I purchased it local from a guy (Emmanuel) who claims he is a member on the forum as well. I can always meet up with him and get a bill of sale or have him email it to me... but whats the point of that? I can always provide the b.o.s from buyer and myself. He said he purchased the block and crank from another local person who originally had the machine shop work done. So he didnt have the receipts either during purchase... I have already contacted the seller and hopefully he will take action very soon... if either by proving a bill of sale or vouching on this post.
