Default One of my DSM 450's aren't "clicking"... can I fix it or do I need a new one?

I just installed my rebuilt DSM blue top 450's and one of them isn't clicking. I held a screwdriver to all of them and laid my ear on them, and all is clicking but one. So...... is there anything I can do or should I send it back? Thanks

take a wrench to it and start taping on it.

are you getting power and pulsed ground to that injector or is the injector at fault? if the injector is at fault, sometimes you can tap on it with a wrench and get it to "unstick"
