How do you call that white stuff that sticks the plastic sheet inside the door ?

Default How do you call that white stuff that sticks the plastic sheet inside the door ?

hey everyone,
i'm rebuilding a 1989 wagon and i want to completely remove the white rubbery stuff that holds the door plastic weather thing inside the door molds/trims?
i got most of it off with a razor blade but i want to remove everything before i give it to the paint shop,

are you referring to the adhesion that holds part 3/8 to the door??
if you i think its called Beutel Tape.. as far as removing, you can try some adhesion remover.. good luck
