98 civic ex d16y8. Cruise control actuator is making some sort of rotating/turning clicking noise? Not sure how to explain it. It is for certain coming from the actuator. Idling the engine in the drive way and I can barely hear it over the motor. But if I get inside the car, the same noise, sounds god awful. Anyone ever experience this?
