**Special Option: Groups are restricted to the room they rent out and hallways to bathrooms and the parking lot. Therefor, there will be a tour of the facility offered for $5 per person. This tour can last about an hour and will cover about 95% of the building, including cell blocks, etc. This tour will happen before the normal banquet festivities start. Exact timeline is being worked out.
**Important Note:They have a pretty firm rule stating no alcohol can be served until the tour is over. If you want to take the tour, please mind your consumption beforehand. I hope the reason for this is obvious.

Official: ITR Expo 13 Update/Deadline
First, thank you to everyone who has contributed to ITR Expo 13 already. Although everyone behind the ITR Expo committee puts the event together, we cannot do it without all of the participants and sponsors as well. It's a group event with a solid community core.
To the point, the current status of ITR Expo 13 at Mid-Ohio is concerning.
Q - What is the deadline?
- Required: Minimum of 65 paid drivers by July 1! Max. drivers is 90 (30 per group).
Q - What is the cost per driver?
- Drivers rate goes up from $395 after July 1 to $450 due to contracts for the event. This assumes we reach our minimum.
Q - What happens if we do not have enough paid drivers by July 1?
- By this deadline, almost 5 months will have passed from the event announcement. If we're short of the minimum number of paid drivers, ITR Expo 13 at Mid-Ohio will be canceled. I repeat, there will be no ITR Expo 13.
Q - How close are we to the deadline?
- Currently, we have 31 unpaid drivers registered and 26 paid registered drivers. If those unpaid drivers pay soon, the outlook will be much more positive. Please check http://www.itrexpo.com/participants.php for the latest status.
Q - Can I donate to ITR Expo 13?
- At this moment, I would like to avoid that situation. We can discuss things around July 1. For now, that is not the solution.
Q - How can I help?
- We have a huge community between our event and other events. We need more people to register and pay. It's that simple. The long-standing events such as NSXPO, ITR Expo, WMHM, etc. will need to work together for all to survive.
Q - What about non-driver/guest registration?
- That will open after July 1, assuming the deadline is met.
If we're able to get things moving, I hope to have some great announcements from sponsors. However, until those are settled, we need to focus on getting more paid drivers.

Most top tier tracks are booked weekends with larger groups such as Indy, SCCA, etc. Mid-Ohio falls into that category, which leaves weekdays only for most club events.
This is not new. We've had a majority of our events on Mon-Tues. NSXPO is often the same as well.

Well I am registering to roll out once again to hang out with you goons lol.. Its my oldest sons 18th birthday and he has been begging to go with me since I went to Expo 5! So hopefully Ill get everything set to go, vacation was just approved so here's to another cross country run from Washington! she will be trailer'd this time thankfully since I acquired a nice tow rig in the form of a 2010 Ridgeline!
