Default Safest boost PSI for stock ZC?

I'm getting all the info I can about turbos BEFORE I install this thing. So, what is the safest boost I can run on a stock ZC? Yeh, yeh, no boost is the safest, that's not what I'm asking. At what point do things start braking? What is a resonable boost level for a daily driver that I want to last a while?

6-7 psi if just using an fmu, your biggest gaurantee for reliability is tuning good tuning.

I think I'm going with the SMC. Would that make a difference?

You could run the 9-10 psi with the SMC, but I would stay in the 7psi range if you want reliability. As a matter of fact, with the SMC available, I would never recomend a FMU again.

BTW-Look for Bryson on this forum, he has a turbo ZC in a CRX.
