Is there any difference betweem the 99 SI TEC dizzy and the regular DOHC Dizzy? What about the Dizzy from a GSR, same or different? Im wondering if they are interchangeable. My 99 SI has the original TEC Dizzy and one of the cap mounting bolts broke aka seized.

 

b16 distributors use the same cap and rotor as an LS/b20 and d series. they are smaller than gsr.

b16 and gsr distributors themselves are interchangeable (of the same years), you just have to use the correct cap and rotor.
