Del Sol Engine swap need help please
So im looking into swapping in a new engine for my 94' honda del sol s, i'm pretty new to cars even though my friends been helping me out Im looking for some answers, so first off i was wondering if and how much of a pain in the *** it would be to put in a H23a engine and what transmission would work well with it or should i just go the cheaper and easier side of putting a B16a3? and what kind of other parts id need for putting a B16a3 in thanks
first off del sol has its own shift linkage when doing a b-swap you would want to find one out of a del sol and depending on what available to you the h-series may be cheaper and just as easy to find parts you may need to be patient.
The suspension is a supporting mod - it isn't required, but it's highly recommended.
For an H swap, you'll either need to run an H transmission and hack the everliving **** out of your chassis, or get an H2B adapter and run that way. I'm going to second an LS or GSR motor.
