Default Secondary o2 Sensor use for narrowband A/F Gauge?

I have a 4 wire secondary o2 sensor from an rsx type s. Can I use that for a narrow band gauge? What does each wire do? (2 white, black, gray) Thanks in advance

I guess the real question is: what's the voltage range the sensor signal wire puts out?

everything i have read shows that itll work with re-wiring but idk what needs to be rewired and i dont have anything that show the schematics or wiring diagram

you may also have to change the ecu

Why? The primary is already wideband.
