I MISS BOOST!!!!!!!! My car is sitting in the garage on jack stands, pieces everywhere coolant and oil smudged on the floor..... Just waiting for its beloved t3/t4e garret hybrid with .50ar compressor and .63 turbine to get put back in her so she can be willingly fed..... I took it off because it needs a rebuild, typical seals and bearings and clean it up, nothing major. Sent it out to majestic turbo.

(Anyone sent their turbo to majestic? If so how much did it cost for a seal/bearing/balancing rebuild...?)

Driving my moms 92 camry just isen't cutting it, it sucks HORRIBLY, taking turns I feel like I'm gonna flip over (normal turns mind you), can barely get on the highway.... and only the left side speakers work...

I just had to vent how much I miss, need, love, need, miss, love boost!

Nah, waste of money and I don't want holes in my trunk.... I like it, deal with it.

And suspention... well have money that has to go elsewhere MUCH more then into springs/camber/alignment/shocks.... more like 5spd, hondata, more tuning....

 

I know how you feel...turbocoupe who is also boostless....

 

I *HAD* to laugh when I read this... My scenario:

My car is sitting in the garage on jack stands, with oil on the floor... waiting for my beloved Mitsubishi TD04H-15G to get back put in her so she can be willingly fed. I took it off because it needs a rebuild, typical seals and bearings and clean it up, nothing major. Took it to Turbo City in Orange.

$275 for a rebuild, 24hr. turnaround.

I'm driving my mom's 94 Camry, and forgot that fact when commuting thru the canyons... damn near pushed, then drifted into oncoming! Got cut off by a frickin F350 as the 125hp Camry does 0-60 in around 11.9 seconds... my friend's car can cover 1/4 mile in STOCK form in that time!

So yeah, I feel your pain! Just hang in there!

 

LMAO!!!! we have the exact same scenario to the T lol.

My rebuild ended up costing $350 thats standard rebuild with seals, bearings, balancing, cleaning... and the ring(s) in the center section were chipped and had to get machined and new oversized rings were put in place... turbo is getting shipped out next day air tomorrow morning... so it'll be here thursday.... ONE MORE DAY.....
