Not any B. There was a DOHC D. No benefit to having it DOHC though.

The D16ZC was the DOHC D series. Like grumble already said, you can't bolt a B series head onto a D series block.

over here in the UK we have a D16A9 DOHC motor, I don't know if u will have that over there, but to be honest you'r best just doing a B series swap if you'r looking to upgrade for power

Decided to do some more digging, and the following D series motors are DOHC:

D16A1
D16A3
D16A8
D16A9
D16Z5
D16ZC non-vtec

They're all euro/africa market cars, and the power gains from swapping are negligible at best. They're also, for the large part, OBD0 or a special variant of OBD1 that wasn't used in America, so the amount of time, effort, and money it would take to get one of those heads working properly on your block would make it absolutely pointless. If you want it as a novelty, do the full swap. Otherwise, stick with the (robust and reliable) SOHC D you already have, or swap for a B.
